Thanks to everyone for their engagement and support. And thanks to the 2016 Board Members for their efforts over the past year, especially Nick for serving as President for the past 2 years! In addition to the board, the club acknowledges and appreciates our great sponsors for their continued support. In conjunction with Becky Dolye and Kristen Lingenfelter, approximately $34,000 has been donated to the American Cancer Society via CamaroStrong since the effort began.

Summer Trip Idea: Mike Bleser and Jay Crosby provided info on a club trip to the "Tail of the Dragon" and surrounding areas for the end of July, including maps, accommodations, and insight on how to make the most of the trip. Jay had just completed the trip with the Excitement Tour group in 3 days, and recommends a minimum of 4 - 5 days to provide time for sightseeing. The initial trip planning link is attached.

December General Membership and Holiday Party: Please see the event listing for details, scheduled for Dec 2, 2016. In addition to the Toys for Tots donations, Tim will also provide an additional box for the toy drive for the Chevy Dealers association. These donations are on a voluntary basis.

Club Membership Fees - Motion Accepted: To simplify the administration of membership fees, these will be due and payable in July of each calendar year. If a member happens to join in March, the fee will be considered paid for July rather than collecting a pro-rated fee. Beth explained that pro-rating fees is problematic, not only for keeping track of payments, but also since the club incurs cost by providing a T-shirt and sticker for new members.

The meeting was adjourned noting that we had great attendance this year!
