Former Admin Dave Baird has been paid up in full for his past investment into the club's website. All money in the PayPal account has been transferred over to the main club bank account. Web fees will come out on a monthly automatic debit plan. We are on our new server and all is up and running.
Dues can be paid in July or whenever you anniversary date with the club is.
We will be voting next month to fill the open President's position since Jody has resigned. He is willing to stay on as a Trustee. Nick Faust-Doty will be on the ballot for President and Ryan Sherrett for VP as well as Jody Young for Trustee. Those who wish to be nominated for these positions can add your name to ballot by contacting any Board member up to 2 weeks prior to the March 6 Meeting. This date would be February 20. Anyone who wishes to vote by proxy can do so in writing via email to Secretary Mathias Meissner or by calling. IM or private message votes can not be accepted.
The next meeting will be Friday March 6 at Shield's of Troy. The April Meeting will be on Friday April 10 at The Warehouse in Fraser with Becky Doyle from Rodgers Chevy as the hostess. She is going to see if Rodgers will sponsor the food or if we may just pay a fee such as $5 a person for the food costs.
Starting in May we will have our meetings at events beginning with the Rodgers Chevy Show, then in June MiFbody Meet and Greet, July is Camaro Superfest, August is the Woodward Dream Cruise and so on. There will be other events mixed in such as St. Ignace, Camaro 5 Fest, Annual Bonfire and the NEOCC show in Ohio in September. Event details will be posted on the website.
Angelo Hayes announced that the Gilmore Car Museum would like us back and has set up an Event there for September 26. He is planning a Camarovan again. He will post the event to the site this week with all of the details.
Mike Genslak handed out Woodward Dream Cruise parking requests to those interested. If the club wants to park together they will need to arrive together as the lot does not save spots for clubs.
Mike Strong has sent a huge Thank You to all that have supported him during this tough time in his life.
Meeting adjourned at 8:50pm
